Cadet Ronnie Winslow is expelled from the Royal Naval College accused of stealing, but his father will not accept the judgement and demands an inquiry. When this is refused Arthur Winslow embarks on a prolonged fight for his son's honour, ruining his health and himself financially in the process. Based on an actual case, this is a powerful drama of a father's attempts to clear his son's name against the assembled might of Britain's naval establishment - the Admiralty.
